The challenge
A fitness app site has seconds to convert intent that is already fragile. Every extra explanation before the signup gives the visitor another reason to postpone.
What I did
Move the decision earlier. Put the promise and the start action above everything else, and let the detail justify the choice after it has been made rather than before.
The work
A full UI and UX design pass on the marketing site: hero restructure, motion-led product imagery, benefit sections sequenced to answer objections in order, and a signup path that stays visible throughout.
