The challenge
Snappy Kraken needed a site overhaul live before the Jolt Conference in Las Vegas. The existing experience had to serve financial advisors better — clearer navigation, a more user-focused structure, and a presence that could carry learning, trust and purchase behaviour — inside a hard conference deadline.
What I did
Convert the new Figma designs into fully responsive HubSpot CMS pages with agile front-end execution across HUBL, CSS, HTML and JavaScript, sequencing the build so the launch-critical pages shipped first.
The work
Homepage, Automations, Websites, Pricing and Enterprise surfaces rebuilt as responsive HubSpot templates. The pricing page alone went on to carry roughly $900K in attributed deal value between April 2023 and February 2024, and a Kanban delivery process held 95% on-time delivery with 65% less scope creep.
