Snapshot
<3 hrs — end-to-end build
2 — pages live across 3 commits
3 — breakpoints verified
The challenge
A 501(c)(3) foundation needed a gala site that was genuinely deploy-ready — hardened, findable and correct on every screen — without a budget or timeline that allowed for a conventional build.
What I did
Scope the site to exactly what the gala needed, then build and verify it in a single working session rather than spreading a small site across weeks.
The work
A hybrid light/dark homepage rebuild plus event page relocation, a design tokens document, full SEO and social metadata, and responsive QA across three breakpoints — analysis to deploy in under three hours across three commits.
Stack: Responsive front-end, design tokens, SEO and social metadata

Speed: analysis to deploy in under 3 hours
Scope: 2 pages live across 3 commits
Quality: 3 breakpoints verified, full SEO and social metadata in place
Small sites do not need long timelines. They need a scope small enough to finish in one sitting.
Industry context
Surveyed web firms put a small organisation site at 1 to 4 weeks, and a CMS-based build at 2 to 8 days (GoodFirms, 2024; Hostinger, 2026). This went from first look to deployed in under 3 hours.
