The challenge
ACT Courses records long-form interviews with leading practitioners. A one-hour conversation is valuable but almost unusable as a distribution asset, and re-recording for social was never going to be economic.
What I did
Treat each interview as a source library rather than a single asset, and cut it down into a batch of standalone short-form videos that each carry one complete idea.
The work
A repeatable cutdown process applied across four episodes, including one with Steven C. Hayes. Each clip was selected for a self-contained point, then captioned and paced for sound-off viewing on a phone.
Stack: Short-form video editing, interview cutdowns, captioning, social distribution

Output: one hour-long interview turned into twelve short-form videos
Coverage: four episodes cut down, including Steven C. Hayes
Format: captioned and paced for sound-off mobile viewing
One good interview is a month of short-form if you treat it as a library. The leverage is in the cutdown process, not in filming more.
