Copy Chief: One Webinar Turned Into Twelve Lead-Generating Assets

The challenge

Copy Chief was producing long-form webinars and hour-long interviews that performed once and then sat unused, while the paid and organic channels needed a constant supply of short creative.

What I did

Repurpose rather than reproduce: mine the existing long-form library for the moments that already work, and rebuild them as standalone short-form assets.

The work

One webinar cut into a set of short-form lead-generating videos, and hour-long interviews cut down into promo videos. Each clip was captioned, re-paced and framed vertically for feed placement.
