Snapshot

  • 2 — pack designs in the set

  • Regulated — compliance-bound category

  • Strain-level — product differentiation

The challenge

Cannabis packaging carries mandatory compliance information that eats the surface a brand would normally use, and every competitor on the shelf has the same constraint.

What I did

Treat the compliance block as part of the layout rather than an afterthought, so the required elements sit inside the design instead of fighting it.

The work

Pack design across strains including Pink Diablo Kush and Burmese Blueberry, with a consistent brand system that lets individual strains differentiate without the range falling apart.

Stack: Packaging design, brand system, regulated-category layout

  • Packs: 2 strain designs within one brand system

  • Compliance: required information integrated into the layout

  • Shelf: premium positioning inside a regulated category

In a regulated category the compliance block is a design element. Fight it and you lose the surface twice.
