Snapshot

  • 4 — verticals run on one system

  • 2 — platforms: Meta and Instagram

  • 1 — repeatable design and management service

The challenge

Four clients with nothing in common: a tea brand, an educator, a drivers labour union and a clothing company. Each needed a feed that looked native to its own audience, without four separate processes to run them.

What I did

Separate the system from the styling. Keep one production and management process, and let the visual language change completely per vertical so each feed reads as if it were built only for that audience.

The work

Feed design and ongoing management for all four accounts: grid planning, template systems, on-brand typography and colour per vertical, and scheduled publishing. The tea brand runs editorial and warm, the educator quote-led, the union bold and advocacy-driven, the clothing company monochrome and product-first.

Stack: Meta, Instagram, feed and grid design, content scheduling, template systems

  • Coverage: 4 verticals managed on one process

  • Range: tea brand, educator, drivers labour union, clothing company

  • Approach: shared production system, fully distinct visual language per account

A social service scales on process, not on aesthetic. The moment the template shows through to the audience, it stops working.
