The challenge
A four-decade strategic-communications consultancy founded by Wanda Herndon, former Starbucks global communications leader, needed a firm-first repositioning ahead of a June book launch — and a site a non-technical client team could edit afterwards.
What I did
Rebuild all eight pages on WordPress in two phases, so the time-sensitive launch surface shipped first and the full site followed without holding up the book.
The work
A redesigned Meet Wanda page, client-logo marquees, book pages, an endorsements slider, navigation and copy, on a custom theme with Figma hero sections and a responsive mobile-first design system. The London event landing page shipped first, the full 8-page rebuild second.

When a date is fixed, split the delivery. Shipping the launch surface first buys the rest of the build its time.
Industry context
Agencies quote 6 to 8 weeks for a 5 to 10 page build, and 4 to 6 months for a full B2B redesign programme (Webstacks, 2026; Blend B2B, 2025). HubSpot advises beginning redesign planning 90 to 120 days before launch, based on 6,000+ customers (2024).
